Through my blog I wish you all Happy New Year, 2010.  I hope that you all will be enjoying each and every moment of this year.  I wish for fulfilment of all of your dreams. 

Whatever Period or Sub-period you are going on, don't lose hope because there is a remedy for each and every upcoming misfortune.  Your will power also plays a great role in dissipating the effect of bad fortune.  I think there is nothing like good or bad fortune, if you know it beforehand.  It is difficult but not impossible.  Ancient Indian Seers have gifted us with the most profound system of knowledge for predicting future in advance.  If you, still, feel that something bad is going to happen, it is your lack of knowledge only.  Consult a good astrologer, get predictions about your upcoming good or bad periods and be happy.  At least you will be prepared for any mishappenings and if you are extra-cautious you can start Chanting Mantras, Wearing Yantras to ward off the bad effects of planetary positions.

Laghu Parashari - a marvel

लघुपाराशरी एक ऐसा ग्रन्थ है जिसके बिना फलित ज्योतिष का ज्ञान अधूरा है.  जो पराशर सिद्धांत के अनुयायी हैं - यहाँ स्पष्ट कर दूँ कि मैं भी ज्योतिष के क्षेत्र में पराशर का ही अनुयायी हूँ - उनके लिए तो यह 'गागर में सागर' की तरह है.  इस पुस्तक का मूल नाम 'उडुदाय प्रदीप' है किन्तु यह लघुपाराशरी नाम से ही प्रसिद्ध है.  वस्तुतः, विंशोत्तरी दशा को ही मुख्य दशा मानने के कारण इसका नाम 'उडुदाय' रखा गया.  'उडु' का अर्थ है नक्षत्र और 'दाय' का अर्थ है दशा अर्थात नक्षत्रों पर आधारित दशा.  ज्ञातव्य है कि विंशोत्तरी दशा जन्मकालीन नक्षत्रों पर ही आधारित है.  इस पुस्तक का महत्त्व इसलिए भी बढ़ जाता है क्योंकि कलियुग में विंशोत्तरी दशा को ही सर्वाधिक फलदायी माना गया है.  इस पुस्तक में फलित ज्योतिष के अकाट्य सिद्धांत केवल ४२ श्लोकों में समेट दिए गए हैं.  एक-एक सूत्र अपने आप में अमूल्य है.  अतः. फलित ज्योतिष के महासागर को पार करने में यह एक बहुमूल्य साधन सिद्ध हो सकती है.  यहाँ यह भी ध्यातव्य है कि इस पुस्तक का कोई एक लेखक नहीं है - यह पुस्तक पाराशरी सिद्धांत को मानने वाले प्रकांड विद्वानों द्वारा सामूहिक रूप से सम्पादित है.

ज्योतिष सीखने-सिखाने का कार्यक्रम चलता रहेगा. परन्तु मैंने हाल ही में अपने research के दौरान जो एक बात गौर की है वह आप लोगों से share करना चाहता हूँ.  मैंने ये देखा है कि एक परिवार के, विशेषकर रक्त्सम्बंधियों की, कुंडलियों में कुछ न कुछ common होता है. उदाहरण के तौर पर मेरे और मेरे भाई की कुंडलियों में दो ग्रहों का position - मेरी कुंडली में जो दो   ग्रह  लग्न में है वही मेरे भाई की कुंडली में सप्तम स्थान में हैं.  इसी तरह से मेरे और मेरे बेटे दोनों की कुंडली में  बृहस्पति नवम स्थान में है.  इसी प्रकार से मैंने करीब-करीब पचासों कुंडलियों में पाया है कि रक्त सम्बन्धियों की कुंडलियों में कुछ-न-कुछ common होता है.
